This song is God’s firm declaration of His sovereignty to my heart, making my heart more secure in trusting Him. It also awakens my heart more deeply, knowing that life is not in my own hands, but in His almighty hands.

Man who leaves God is corrupted and destroyed, and the filthiness of all mankind has reached its extreme.

Man has no ability to save himself apart from God, let alone the ability to purify himself. How can a person be cleansed and become holy?

 The key is to return things to their original owners and make them holy to the Lord
