Always keep the Lord before you and praise Him at all times. This is the secret of King David’s body being able to live in peace and remain unshakable!

Focus on God Himself, and see God in everything. Then your heart will enter into rest, your eyes will be bright, and your whole body will be full of light.

It is like a weaned child - how satisfied and secure he feels in his mother's arms!

After people sin, they always focus on themselves and are self-centered. They are separated from God and are full of sorrow and will never have peace.

What joy and peace it brings to my heart to see God in everything!

Lord! You are the center of everything. Only by focusing on you and learning from you can we see things clearly and not be panicked!
